Description:
This is a summary judgment motion filed in a medical malpractice case by the defendant doctor. This is a case wherein a doctor seeded cancer throughout a patient by improperly removing a tumor from the patient in a way that caused it to burst and parts of the tumor to touch uninfected portions of the body. This was a case for increased likelyhood of reoccurence of cancer. This motion was filed after the attorney of record the plaintiff withdrew, and the plaintiff was left without counsel.
